1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return or exchange items within 30 days of purchase if they meet the following criteria:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and tags.

  • Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, must be provided.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Personalized or custom-made products.

  • Gift cards.

  • Items marked as “Final Sale.”


3. Return Process

a. Online Purchases

  2. Pack the items securely, including the original receipt.

  3. Ship the package to our return address:

  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.

b. In-Store Purchases

Visit our store with the item and receipt. Our staff will assist you with the return or exchange process.


4. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item:

  • Return the original item and place a new order for the replacement.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:
